Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter your shipping address, and our system will provide available shipping options for your location. All of our shipments are free and with tracking code.
To change your order, please reach out to our customer support team. They will assist you in modifying your order based on its current status. If your order has already been processed or shipped, certain changes may not be possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
We ship the products within 7 days according to the order day (We usually make the prints on Wednesday and ship them on Friday). Generally, cargos have transportation duration between an average of 14-18 days for USA and between an average of 7-10 days for European Union. We ship to all the world countries and delivery time has no certainty.
If you haven't received any email notifications regarding your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes our emails may end up there. If you still can't locate the emails, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.
Yes, we provide tracking codes for all shipped orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the website of the shipping carrier responsible for delivering your package.You can get information about status of your cargo from ptt.gov.tr. For all the cargos that are shipped to USA, website of the USPS can be visited. We usually work with local cargo firms such as Post Office UK in England, USPS in USA and Canada Post in Canada.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your canvas art prints and original oil paintings. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.
